What if the user has the balance in his account but his registration period expired?
In such a condition he has to renew his subscription period with different plans.

You can directly make a transaction through credit card, or as per your convenience you can send us the payment by Cheque, Demand Draft (payable at Delhi) or cash along with the registration form.

If you pay the fees through credit card, then your account will be activated within few minutes.
If you pay the subscription fees through Cheque or Draft, we make your account active as soon as we get the Cheque or Draft.

How to renew the subscription?
You can renew your account by clicking a renew button. You have to renew your account within 15 days of the expiry of your validity, otherwise whatever is your remaining fund will be converted to zero.

What if I get disconnected after I have clicked on the 'ok' button on the transaction charge window?
In this situation, the cost of that transaction will be deducted from your fund.

What if I forget my sign in name?
In this situation, you have to send us the email, containing the details you filled in the registration form with the Cheque No. or Draft No. (just for verification). After verification, we will send you ID and password at the email address provided by you at the time of initial registration.

Your password will be sent to you at the email address provided by you at the time of registration.
How do I change my password and other personal information?
