1.GENERAL NATURE

2.SUBSCRIPTION:
2.1 On the payment of the Subscription Fee by the Subscriber and on the issue of the Order Confirmation by Unilawonline, the Subscriber shall be entitled to access the Unilawonline database during the Subscription Period. Provided that in case the Subscription Fee is remitted by cheque/draft/postal orders, the Subscription Start Date shall not commence till the amount has been cleared by the Bank and credited to the account of Unilawonline. Provided further that in case the payment of the Subscription Fee is made with a credit card, then it will be subject to the payment being credited to Unilawonline's account by the payment gateway.
